About KitchVelle

KitchVelle is an independent online retailer. The cookware we sell is made by Alva Cookware and is shipped directly by Alva Cookware through Shopify Collective.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to describe our products and show their images, colors and prices accurately. Product details, prices and availability may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, or becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if there is a pricing error, the item is unavailable, or we suspect fraud. All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy, and product defects by the manufacturer's warranty.

Use of our website
