Warranty
Every cookware piece sold at KitchVelle is made by Alva Cookware and is covered by Alva's limited manufacturer warranty. The warranty period depends on the product line:

What is covered
Manufacturing defects in materials or construction, and structural failures such as a broken handle or warping that happen during normal household cooking.
What is not covered
- Normal cosmetic changes such as discoloration, scratches or surface wear
- Gradual loss of nonstick performance over time
- Damage from overheating, thermal shock, misuse, improper storage or accidents
- Commercial or restaurant use
How to make a warranty claim
Email us at kitchvelle@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue and a short description. We will review it and work with Alva Cookware to resolve your claim. If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 30 days of delivery.
