Where we ship

KitchVelle ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Who ships your order

Your cookware is shipped directly from our brand partner, Alva Cookware. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in more than one package.

Shipping costs and delivery times

We offer two shipping options for orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping	Free	3 to 6 days
Expedited Shipping	$12.00	2 to 4 days

The exact estimated delivery date for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Address accuracy and delays

Please check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Carrier delays caused by weather, high volume or holidays are occasionally outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will look into it.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
